Kevin McGreevy, Esq., has been practicing law in Colorado since 1996. He earned his J.D. at Loyola-Chicago School of Law where he graduated cum laude. He accepted a position at the Colorado State Public Defender's Office and worked as a deputy public defender until entering private practice in 2002. Kevin is an appointed member of the Colorado Supreme Court's Advisory Committee for the Rules of Criminal Procedure since 2004. He has been co-chair of the American Bar Association's Rocky Mountain Chapter of the White-Collar Crime Committee (2006-2009). He is listed in Colorado Super Lawyers Corporate Edition, White Collar Criminal Defense and Top 100 Lawyers in Colorado (2013-2023). Kevin has also been listed in Best Lawyers Criminal Defense and White-Collar Criminal Defense (2016-2023) and Top Lawyers List 5280 Magazine (2019-2023). While a significant component of Kevin's practice is white collar investigations and defense, he is proud of his public defender roots and continues to represent individuals accused of all manner of criminal activity. Kevin has extensive trial and litigation experience in state and federal courts. He was lead counsel in over 50 jury trials representing individuals and entities in a wide variety of matters. His passion for criminal defense is what makes Kevin strive for better reform in our judicial system.
