Catherine A. Hance is a partner in the Real Estate Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Her practice covers all areas of real estate transactions, including real property acquisition and disposition, development, leasing, financing, and land use development and zoning, as well as formation of entities for real estate investment and development. She has handled a broad range of acquisition and development transactions, including related land use and surface use issues and negotiation and preparation of restrictive covenants. Ms. Hance holds a B.A. from the College of William & Mary (1993) and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center (1996). She is a member of the Denver Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Women’s Bar Association, and American Bar Association. She has been a member of the Real Estate Section Council of the Colorado Bar Association, serving as its secretary for the year 2012-2013, vice chair for the year 2013-2014, and chair for the year 2014-2015. She is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® under Real Estate Law.
