Lara Delka, Esq., is an Assistant City Attorney assigned to the Child Support Services Unit of the Human Services Legal Section in the Denver City Attorney's Office. Prior to joining the City Attorney's Office in 2000, Lara practiced with the law firm of Lohman & Lohman, P.C. in Colorado Springs, Colorado with an emphasis on allocation of parental responsibility and dissolution cases. Lara then associated with the firm of Stoorman & Friednash, L.L.P., also with an emphasis in family law. Prior to her practice, Lara attended Simpson College in Iowa and received a Bachelors in both English and Criminal Justice. Lara attended Washburn University School of Law in Kansas. Lara is a current member of the Colorado Child Support Commission.
