William B. Bain
4th Judicial District
Honorable William Bain was appointed to the 4th Judicial District district court bench in 2011 by Governor Ritter and appointed as chief judge of the 4th in 2017. Before that, he was a civil litigator for four years and a state court prosecutor for ten. He earned his B.A. from Middlebury College and J.D. from Cornell Law School.
