Eric B. Liebman, Esq., is a commercial litigation attorney at Moye White LLP in Denver. He has litigated in a wide range of substantive areas and industries, including attorney disciplinary defense and general ethics consultation. He has been a member of the CBA Ethics Committee for fifteen years and has also previously been a member of the Colorado Judicial Performance Commission and the Colorado Board of Law Examiners. He has written and lectured extensively on ethics matters generally and, in particular, ethics matters arising in the context of cannabis law representation.
