Kristin L. Godfrey, Esq., is a shareholder of the law firm of Jones & Keller based in Denver, Colorado. Ms. Godfrey is a member of the Financial Institutions Group of the firm and regularly advises her bank clients with regard to credit transactions, loan workouts and strategies, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and bank regulatory matters. She also frequently provides counsel to senior officers and executive management regarding bank operations, policies and procedures. Ms. Godfrey is a member of the Colorado Bankers' Association, the Independent Bankers of Colorado Association, the Arizona Bankers' Association and is the Chairwoman of the Board for the Bankers' Foundation of Colorado. Ms. Godfrey earned her law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1995, and her bachelor's degree from The George Washington University in 1992. Ms. Godfrey is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Arizona and Michigan.
