Elizabeth Walker, J.D., M.A., is the Co-Executive Director of Court Mediation Services, a stand-alone committee of the Denver Bar Association, that provides mediation services to the greater Denver area and beyond. Her responsibilities at CMS include mediating, developing training programs and mentoring new mediators. For the past year and a half, she has executed the transition of the CMS program to a virtual platform to deliver continued accessibility to mediation in our changing world. Elizabeth has had a private mediation practice for the past 14 years and has consulted in the real estate development field on land use and entitlement matters for over 20 years.
