Antonia (Toni) Ozeroff, Esq., is a former attorney and Human Resources Executive turned conflict resolution professional specializing in divorce/separation, workplace facilitations and investigations, and general litigation/commercial matters. After years of witnessing the high costs and mostly adverse impacts of prolonged litigation on those involved, Toni shifted her focus to designing Alternative Dispute Resolution Processes and to mediation to provide parties with a costeffective and more satisfying way to resolve conflict. Along with her formal mediation training, Toni brings a wealth of experience and knowledge gained from representing both corporate and individual clients, problem solving as an executive at a Fortune 500 company, and mediating hundreds of cases. Toni is the Vice President of the Board and a Professional Member of the Mediation Association of Colorado (theMAC). She is also on theMAC's Ethics Committee. In addition to her private mediation practice, Toni is a contract mediator with the Colorado Office of Dispute Resolution and Oval Options, LLC. Toni received her B.S. in Economics from Stanford University and her J.D. from Berkeley School of Law (University of California).
