David J. Maginsky, Esq., is senior vice president and general counsel to Pendum LLC, a national provider of armored transportation and ATM field repair services to financial institutions, regional credit unions and independent service organizations. He has practiced law in Colorado since 1995. Admitted in New York and Colorado, he began his career as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department, working in progressively senior in-house positions in both national and international service companies.
He is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and lives in Denver with his wife Stephanie and their two children.
