Tim Fox, Esq. is the Co-Executive Director of the Civil Rights Education and Enforcement Center, a nationwide nonprofit civil rights organization with offices in Denver, Berkeley, Los Angeles and Nashville. Tim co-founded CREEC in 2013 to continue the work he and his wife had done for 17 years at Fox & Robertson. He has been appointed as class counsel in more than 15 class actions under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act and other disability rights statutes.  Currently, he is co-lead counsel in a nationwide class action against the Department of Homeland Security and Immigration Customs Enforcement based on violations of the Due Process clause and the Rehabilitation Act. He is on the National Board of the ACLU, where he serves on the Executive Committee. Tim has received numerous awards for his work. He is a 1991 graduate of Stanford Law School.
