Busch, II, Esq., as a Government contracts Lawyer, Mr. Busch, of the Busch Law Firm, strives to help small, medium, and large government contractors achieve their goals of attaining and successfully administering their performance under a government contract. Mr. Busch's practice involves all aspects of government contract, General Counsel expertise,commercial contracts, conflict management systems design, and ADR. In addition, Mr. Busch is experienced in helping veteran owned small businesses, service disabled veteran owned small businesses, and women owned small business take advantage of the preferences they have earned. Mr. Busch does this by providing a unique level of counseling based upon his experience as a senior government lawyer, a member of small staff and General Counsel for the largest product area ($22 billion) for a Fortune 50 defense contractor, and government procurement practice head of large law firms. Mr. Busch was a qualified neutral in mediation proceedings by the Minnesota Mediation Center for Dispute Resolution and The Dispute Resolution Institute at Hamline School of Law. Mr. Busch has also received training in representation techniques at the Pepperdine University School of Law, Institute for Dispute Resolution, and has completed courses on ADR techniques and systems design from Harvard University Law School and CDR Associates. Along with being a decorated combat arms officer, he also served in the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. Mr. Busch was both a prosecutor and a senior government contracts lawyer. Mr. Busch earned an L.L.M. (Government Contract Designation) from The George Washington University Law School; L.L.M.-Government Procurement Law, a J.D. from Hamline School of Law, and a B.A. from Westminster College, Fulton, Missouri.
