Amy F. Robertson, Esq., is the Co-Executive Director of the Civil Rights Education and Enforcement Center, a nationwide civil rights nonprofit based in Denver. Amy co-founded CREEC in 2013 to continue the work she and her partner had done for 17 years at Fox & Robertson, bringing class and individual impact litigation enforcing civil rights laws including the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act, the Fair Housing Act, and other federal and state anti-discrimination statutes. Amy has spoken and trained on a wide variety of subjects, including disability rights -- specifically effective communication and rights of disabled prisoners -- fair housing, and class actions. Originally from Washington, DC, Amy graduated from Yale Law School and clerked for the Hon. Richard L. Williams in the Eastern District of Virginia.
