Meghan Martinez, Esq., concentrates her practice in labor and employment litigation (including arbitrations). She represents plaintiffs and defendants. After a dozen years at a national law firm, she founded her own firm in 2010, and it has grown to a boutique-size firm; it is also certified WBE and 100% woman-owned. She has tried dozens of cases to verdict, including defense verdicts on behalf of corporations, and she obtained the largest plaintiff's ADA verdict in Colorado. Last year she argued the case of Coats v DISH before the Colorado Supreme Court - a seminal case testing the legality of an employee's use of medical marijuana.
