Mark Meyer is a partner in the Intellectual Property and Corporate Transaction practice groups of Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP. He has extensive experience representing clients across the country in matters related to trademark portfolios, branding and rebranding of products and services, licensing, and protection of clients' intellectual property capital. He also represents companies with their business operations from formation, through growth and contract issues, and with mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions of companies and their assets. Mark has represented both franchisors and franchisees with their franchise needs, as well as acquisitions and dispositions of franchises and franchised businesses.
