William D. Neighbors
Honorable William D. Neighbors is a managing arbiter of the Judicial Arbiter Group, Inc. He is a former Colorado Supreme Court Justice and District Court Judge in Boulder. He resigned from the Colorado Supreme Court in 1986 to join JAG. Bill has presided over several thousand settlement conferences and arbitrations. He has long been an advocate of legal and judicial education and as demonstrated by his long-standing relationship with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy as a teaching team leader and member. He has taught trial advocacy at Harvard, University of Denver, University of Colorado and University of New Mexico law schools.
