Fernandez, Esq., is a currently the Inventory Counsel for the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel.  Prior to becoming Inventory Counsel, Jay was a shareholder in the Fernandez Law Firm, P.C.  In his 27 years of practice, Jay represented Colorado businesses and individuals on a wide variety of legal matters.
