Jay E. Fernandez, Esq., is currently the Inventory Counsel for the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel. Prior to becoming Inventory Counsel, Jay was a shareholder in the Fernandez Law Firm, P.C. In his 27 years of practice, Jay represented Colorado businesses and individuals on a wide variety of legal matters. Jay graduated from the University of Colorado, School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Law Review, and class president. Jay has an undergraduate degree in Mathematics with an emphasis in astrophysics from the University of Colorado, Boulder. In addition to his passionate commitment to the law, Jay is very active in the local and business communities, and has volunteered his services to numerous state, local, and non-profit organizations. Jay is also an award-winning chef, worked as a deep-sea diver in Alaska. Jay lives in Boulder with Jill, his wife of over 40 years.
