Marie A. Moses

The Honorable Marie Avery Moses is Denver District Court Judge, having been appointed to that position in March 2021. Judge Moses has been Denver's Presiding Domestic Relations Judge since January 2023. Prior to taking the bench, she practiced family law from 1997 to 2021. She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and was selected as a Super Lawyer for the years 2009-2021.
