M. ANTHONY VAIDA is a graduate of Brown University (B.A. 1961) and Cornell Law School (LLB 1964). He is admitted to the Bars of New Jersey, New York, the District of Columbia, and Colorado, as well as the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department, the Southern District of New York, and New Jersey United States District Courts, the Third Circuit and D.C. Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. He has focused his practice on Land Use, Real Estate, Municipal, Probate, and Trust and Estate Law issues. Presently, Mr. Vaida is Trustee of the Colorado Bar Association, Trust and Estate Section Council (2001-present), and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. He is a member of the Colorado, Northwest Colorado and District of Columbia Bar Associations. His area of practice focuses on Probate, Trust and Estate, Land Use, Local Government and Real Estate Development matters.
