Lynne Bruzzese, Esq., is Managing Attorney for the Durango office of the Lakewood law firm of Buchanan & Stouffer, P.C. Ms. Bruzzese's practice is limited to estate planning and administration, trust administration, fiduciary counseling, and related litigation matters and business planning. During her 25-year legal career, Ms. Bruzzese has represented a wide variety of Southwestern Colorado residents and property owners in the planning and administration of trusts and estates, protective proceedings, and in litigation and mediation in matters involving a diverse array of claims, from civil to criminal and arising from state, federal and tribal law in county, district, tribal and appellate courts. Ms. Bruzzese is an active member of the Southwestern Colorado Bar Association and volunteers for several regional non-profit organizations. She received her J.D. cum laude from the University of New Mexico School of Law, and also holds a Master's degree in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and an Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Georgetown University.
