In 1977, Richard Rosenblatt graduated with high honors with a B.S.B.A. degree from the University of Florida. He received his law degree from Santa Clara University, California in 1980, graduating cum laude. After spending two years working for National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) member Howard Jenkins, he went into private practice representing unions and employees. First he was an associate with Miller, Cohen, Martens and Sugarman in Detroit, Michigan. In 1986, he moved to Colorado, where he opened his own practice. His firm, Rosenblatt & Gosch PLLC, represents unions and employees in a variety of matters, including matters before the NLRB and employment discrimination issues. He is a council member of the ABA Labor and Employment Section.
