Holly R. Shilliday, Esq., is the Managing Partner of the Colorado Office of McCarthy & Holthus, LLP, a firm that represents financial institutions in both consumer and commercial cases. She received a B.A. from the University of Denver and a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law. Ms. Shilliday is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Colorado and California, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court and is a frequent legal speaker and writer. She is the Chair of the Business Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association. She is also serving a third three year term on the Council of Advisors on Consumer Credit. Ms. Shilliday sits on the board of the Littleton Academy Building Foundation, judges moot court competitions, and volunteers for Legal Night at Centro San Juan Diego and the Arapahoe County Bar Association. Ms. Shilliday enjoys teaching business and financial literacy and has taught close to 600 elementary school through Junior Achievement. Ms. Shilliday is a Colorado Native who enjoys spending time at with her husband and children at her parents' ranch, photography, hiking, and traveling.
