Elizabeth I. Kiovsky, Esq., has represented large and small employers in all aspects of employment litigation for over 25 years. She has represented clients in federal court discrimination matters under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and employee benefits litigation under ERISA. She also has experience in all areas of state law employment related matters such as contract and tort based wrongful discharge claims. Ms. Kiovsky also regularly advises clients on issues such as employee competition, employment contracts, severance negotiations and other employment related matters. Ms. Kiovsky's previous experience includes the position of Associate General Counsel for Qwest Corporation responsible for employment, labor and general litigation matters, membership with the law firm of Sherman & Howard, LLC, and associate attorney with the law firm of Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue. Ms. Kiovsky was selected as one of Denver Magazine's Top Labor and Employment Lawyers in 2010, and was selected as a Colorado Super Lawyer in 2007 and 2009.  Kiovsky DuWaldt, LLC was selected as a 2015 Top Ranked Law Firm by Corporate Counsel Magazine.
