Daniel J Sears PCDaniel J. Sears, Esq. practice emphasizes white collar criminal defense at the federal level. He served as an Assistant U. S. Attorney for the District of Colorado from 1972 to 1975, whereafter he was appointed by the Colorado U. S. District Judges to become Colorado's First Federal Public Defender. He has been listed in Best Lawyers of America, white collar and nonwhite collar criminal defense, from 1987 to present, and has been a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers since 1990, having served as State Chair from 1992 to 1994. He was elected President of the Faculty of Federal Advocates in 2001.
