William S. Nowland

William Nowland, Esq., Personal Injury Attorney, was born in Miami, Florida in 1941. He received his B.A. from Otterbein College in 1963 and attended the University of Denver Law School where he received his J.D. in 1970. He was a Capt., USAF, Intelligence Officer, at Strategic Air Command Headquarters, 1964 - 1968. While attending law school he was the Legal Research Assistant to Law Professors William Beaney and Thomas Brightwell, University of Denver Law School, 1969-1970. He currently serves as a part time night court Municipal Judge in Fountain, Colorado, 1972 - present. He was an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, 1974 - 1995, the Chairman for the City of Colorado Springs Movie and Television Advisory Commission, 1990 - 1996, and on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Springs Convention and Visitors Bureau/Advisory Board, 2000 - 2012. He has practiced law in Colorado Springs, Colorado continuously since 1971 and has been practicing Plaintiff personal injury exclusively since 1985.
