David M. Miller, Esq., is a shareholder in the Denver firm Berenbaum Weinshienk PC.  Mr. Miller received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1985, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law in 1988.  He is a member of the bar of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado and Colorado Bar.  He has also been admitted to practice in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association Bankruptcy Subcommittee.  Mr. Miller was a member of the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the District of Colorado from 1996-2002.  From 1989 through 1990, Mr. Miller served as Staff Attorney for the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the District of Colorado.  From 1990 through 1991, Mr. Miller served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Patricia A. Clark, Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Colorado.  He served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Donald E. Cordova, Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Colorado from 1991 through 1992.  Mr. Miller is a lecturer on bankruptcy topics in Colorado and Wyoming.  His current practice is focused on representation of debtors and creditors in all bankruptcy matters, as well as business and commercial litigation.
