Joel R. Hayes, Jr. spent more than 30 years with Kansas Legal Services, Colorado Rural Legal Services, The Center for People with Disabilities and Older People, and, most recently, Colorado Legal Services. He handled a broad range of civil poverty and elder law litigation and appellate matters during that time. He now has a solo practice focusing on health and elder law in Louisville, Colorado. He is licensed in federal and state courts in Colorado, as well as Kansas (inactive).
