U.S. Attorney's Office (D-CO)John Haried, Esq., is the Criminal eDiscovery Coordinator and the Co-chair of the eDiscovery Working Group (eDWG) for the Executive Office of United States Attorneys (EOUSA) in the U.S. Department of Justice. The mission of the eDWG is to develop guidance on ediscovery issues and practices for criminal and civil litigation, to provide assistance and guidance through education and web-based resources, and to work with client agencies and sister components on effective ediscovery practices. Before forming the eDWG, Mr. Haried was the Criminal Discovery Coordinator for EOUSA and the Assistant National Criminal Discovery Coordinator for DOJ working on discovery training and policy for federal prosecutors and investigative agents, as well as electronic case information management. He has been an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) for the District of Colorado for 25 years as a white-collar criminal prosecutor, a civil law firm associate, and a state prosecutor for 8 years.
