Neil M. Gorsuch

Tenth Circuit Court Of Appeals
Honorable Neil M. Gorsuch was appointed to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2006.  Prior to that appointment, he was Principal Deputy to the Associate Attorney General and Acting Associate Attorney General, U.S. Department of Justice, and in private practice. Judge Gorsuch received his law degree from Harvard Law School, and a Doctorate of Legal Philosophy from Oxford University.  He clerked for Judge David Sentelle of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and Associate Justices Byron White and Anthony Kennedy, U.S. Supreme Court.
