Honorable Harlan R. Bockman (ret.) is the former Chief Judge of the 17th Judicial District (Adams and Broomfield Counties). He is now a panelist at JAMS where he handles employment, personal injury, contracts and construction cases as an arbitrator, mediator, and private judge. Judge Bockman has written and lectured extensively on many legal issues.
