Barbara Ann Dalvano maintains a private law practice in Denver and Colorado Springs emphasizing estate and trust planning and administration, business succession planning, taxation, and general commercial and business transactions. She earned her undergraduate degree from Villanova University, Pennsylvania; her law degree from T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond,Virginia; and her Master of Laws in Taxation degree from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C.
 
Ms. Dalvano is a member of the Denver and Colorado bar associations. She has served the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association as chair, vice-chair, and secretary/treasurer, as well as council member. Ms. Dalvano has also served as chair of the Estate Planning (Orange Book) Forms Committee for the Section and as a member of the Uniform Estate Tax Apportionment subcommittee of the Statutory Revisions Committee. Ms. Dalvano continues to participate on both the Estate Planning Forms Committee and the Statutory Revisions Committee.
 
Ms. Dalvano is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and is a member of the ACTEC Estate and Gift and Fiduciary Income Tax Committees. She is also a Fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation. Ms. Dalvano is listed in Best Lawyers in America and as a Colorado Super Lawyer.
