Ben Colkitt III, Esq. is a criminal defense lawyer who has been in private practice in the Denver Metro area for over 30 years, with a practice emphasis in DUI defense. He graduated cum laude from Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina with a degree in English Literature in 1975, and is a 1979 graduate of the University Of Colorado School Of Law. He has lectured numerous times on DUI related topics.
