Timothy R. Bussey
The Bussey Law Firm, PCTimothy Bussey, Esq., is a Colorado Springs based litigation attorney. He is a former active duty Air Force Judge Advocate and a former Deputy District Attorney in El Paso and Teller Counties. Mr. Bussey is a requested speaker concerning innovative trial techniques. He was heavily involved in the litigation of both the Colorado Springs Metro Forensic Crime Laboratory and the CDPHE Laboratory. Mr. Bussey was quoted in an article cited by Justice Ginsburg in Bullcoming v. New Mexico, 131 S. Ct. 2705 (2011), which addressed whether a defendant's Confrontation Clause rights extend to a non-testifying laboratory analyst.
