Debra Fortenberry, Esq., licensed in 1989, is the founding member of the Fortenberry Law Group P.C. with offices located in Colorado Springs, CO. She represents plaintiffs and defendants in real estate related matters including litigation throughout the state. Ms. Fortenberry has provided pro bono legal services after the wildfires, planted trees in the burn area, taught attorney education related to foreclosure defense and participated in lobbying efforts to create greater protection for homeowners facing foreclosure. Through meditation practice and backyard urban farming, she cultivates patience, compassion and gratitude.
