Gordon J. Williams, P.C.Gordon J. Williams, Esq., is in his 30th year of practice. He is the president of Gordon J. Williams, P.C., and is licensed in Colorado, with an office in Colorado Springs, and Alaska, with an office in Ketchikan, Alaska. Mr. Williams' practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probate of estates, guardianships, conservatorships, tax, and elder law matters. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the El Paso County Bar Association, and the Alaska Bar Association, and is active in the Colorado Bar's Trust and Estate Section and Alaska's counterpart legislative group, the Alaska Trust & Estate Professionals. Mr. Williams received his undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago and his JD from the University of Kansas. He is a past chair and current member of the CBA's Statutory Revisions Committee, and has served on the CBA's Trust and Estate Council. Mr. Williams has lectured numerous times on probate, estate, and ethics issues. He and his wife, Tammi, live in Ketchikan, Alaska. They have two sons, both married, and have two grandchildren and counting.
