Mashenka Lundberg joined CoBank as General Counsel in February 2014. She has approximately 20 years of experience in advising clients in corporate and securities matters. Ms. Lundberg represented a wide range of companies - from start-up businesses to Fortune 500 companies - in a variety of corporate and securities transactions, including public and private securities offerings, financings, mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions. She has extensive experience offering counsel to boards of directors, CEOs and other executives on corporate governance, fiduciary duties and other board matters.
