Karen Taylor, Esq., has been a member of the Colorado State Public Defender's Appellate Division since 1995, representing clients charged with felonies ranging from traffic offenses to capital murder. In 2010, she was appointed the Chief Appellate Deputy for the Public Defender system. In addition to representing clients in Colorado's appellate courts, she serves on the Supreme Court Rules of Appellate Procedure Committee and the Supreme Court Rules of Criminal Procedure Committee.
