Elizabeth Rohrbough has practiced with the Appellate Division of the Criminal Justice
Section of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office since 1996. During that time, she has
researched and written more than 500 answer briefs in criminal appeals resulting in more
than 60 published opinions and presented more than 90 oral arguments in the Colorado
appellate courts. She also has conducted training sessions for peace officers, attorneys, and judges on search and seizure issues and rules of evidence.
