Priscilla Gartner, Esq., is the Supervising Attorney of the Youth Defense Division at the Denver Trial Office of the Colorado State Public Defender. She has been practicing criminal defense for over twenty-five years and specializing in youth justice issues since 2008. Teaching and advancing the professional development of indigent defenders who handle delinquency, direct file, and transfer proceedings throughout Colorado is an integral part of her practice. She also serves on several committees and boards dedicated to improving outcomes for system-involved youth.
