Scott M. Campbell

Scott M. Campbell practices primarily in the area of natural resource litigation. He also has experience in appellate, bankruptcy, commercial, collections, and probate practice. Mr. Campbell graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1989, where he obtained a B.S. degree in Mineral Economics, with a Minor in the Legal Environment of Business. He obtained his J.D. degree in 1994 from the University of Denver College of Law. Mr. Campbell was a General Editor of the Denver University Law Review and a member of the international legal fraternity of Phi Delta Phi. He also interned for one semester in the Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut, under the tutelage of the Honorable Warren E. Eginton. Mr. Campbell is admitted to practice law in Colorado and Wyoming, before the Federal District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Mr Campbell is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, and the Natural Resources & Energy Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association.
