Kathleen Craigmile, Esq., has been a Mediator and Arbitrator at JAMS Denver since 2022. Before joining JAMS, Kate was in private practice for 28 years, focusing on employment litigation, employment counseling, and commercial litigation, principally at the downtown firm Bennington Johnson Biermann and Craigmile. Approximately 80% of Kate's mediation practice at JAMS involves aspects of employment law. Kate has long been active in the Faculty of Federal Advocates, serving as a Board member from 2015 - 2019, as President of the Board in 2018, and as Co-Chair of the Pro Bono Panel Committee for several years. She also serves as Co-Chair of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado Pro Bono Mediation Panel. In 2025, Kate was named by 5280 Magazine as a top ADR Attorney and recognized by Best Lawyers for excellence in Labor and Employment Law.
