Kathleen Craigmile, Esq., has been a Mediator and Arbitrator at JAMS Denver since 2022. Before joining JAMS, Kate practiced for 28 years, mostly in employment litigation, employment counseling and commercial litigation, and principally at the downtown firm Bennington Johnson Biermann and Craigmile. Approximately 80% of Kate's mediation practice at JAMS involves some aspect of employment law. Kate has long been active in the Faculty of Federal Advocates, serving as a Board member from 2015 - 2019, as President of the Board in 2018, and as Co-Chair of the Pro Bono Panel Committee in 2019 and currently. She also serves as Co-Chair of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado Pro Bono Mediation Panel.
