Matthew D. Bailis, Esq., is an attorney with the Law Office of Jennifer S. Gormley, P.C. His practice is focused in the areas of elder law, probate litigation, estate and trust litigation, conservatorships and guardianships, trust, estate, and special needs planning, trust and estate administration, and appellate advocacy. Matt has been admitted to practice law before all Colorado courts since 1994, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Arapahoe County Bar Association, the CBA Elder Law Section, and the CBA Trust and Estate Section. Matt attended Brandeis University, where he received a B.A. in English in 1990, and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he received a J.D. in 1994.
