Mark W. Pedigo, CPA/ABV/CFF/CVA/CFFA, is a Senior Principal in the Forensic and Litigation Consulting and Valuation and Corporate Finance practices of GHP Horwath, P.C. He has 30 years of experience in economic damages analysis, valuation, strategic consulting, auditing, due diligence, and financial analysis. Mark provides consulting, valuation and expert testimony services to Counsel on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants involved in commercial disputes, whether before a judge, jury, arbitration panel, or mediator. He has analyzed economic damages and performed forensic accounting analyses, prepared expert reports, and provided expert testimony in the many types of disputes, including intellectual property disputes, construction contract disputes, breach of contract matters, business interruption matters, and other commercial litigation. With regard to alter ego, Mark has also provided expert testimony regarding the reasonableness of related-party transactions, personal use of corporate assets, sufficiency of corporate liquidity and capitalization, and other relevant issues. In addition, Mark has provided strategic intellectual property valuation and/or royalty rate consulting to clients for licensing, tax, financial reporting, and other business purposes and has analyzed the value of closely-held companies and the feasibility of debtor financial and operating projections in bankruptcy matters.
