Albert B. Wolf
Wolf Slatkin & Madison PCAlbert B. Wolf is a shareholder, director, and president of Wolf, Slatkin & Madison, P.C., a 30+-year-old Denver law firm. Mr. Wolf tried his first construction case in 1968. Since that time, he and his firm have represented most of the disciplines involved with the construction industry, including owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers. Mr. Wolf received his LL.B. (convertible into a J.D. for $25) at the University of Colorado School of Law in 1961 and has practiced in Denver since that time. He authored an almost-weekly construction law column in the Daily Journal for many years and published a collection of his columns in Construction Law Briefs in 1988. He has served several terms on the Board of Governors of the Colorado Bar Association, and has chaired and been a member of the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee and the Denver Bar Association Legal Fee Arbitration Committee. He also served two terms on the Colorado Supreme Court Attorney Regulation Committee. Mr. Wolf has enjoyed an active litigation practice, including trials, appeals, arbitrations, and mediations, a significant number of which have involved construction issues.
