Claire E. Dineen, Esq., is the founder and owner of the Law Office of Claire E. Dineen. Her practice focuses in the areas of elder law, estate planning, Medicaid planning, special needs trusts, long-term care planning, estate administration, and advising on trust administration. She is a member of the Elder Law Section and the Trust & Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association; and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). She is a former Chair of the Elder Law Forum Committee (now the Elder Law Section). She has served on numerous Colorado Bar Association subcommittees and on the Jefferson County Senior Law Day Planning Committee. She is a Fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation.
