Mary A. Wells, Esq., is a founding member of Wells, Anderson & Race, LLC, a Denver firm focused on defense of product liability, construction defect, employment and civil rights, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation. She is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and has tried numerous cases in the state and federal courts in Colorado and many other jurisdictions in the U.S. While representing defendants in mass tort litigation, she has participated in novel procedures concerning admissibility of expert evidence in various federal courts.
