Diana Powell, Esq., is the prior President and Shareholder of Gutterman Griffiths, PC, focusing her law practice on high asset divorce representation and is a leader in Collaborative Law in Colorado. Diana is a frequent author and lecturer for the Family Law sections of the CBA and ABA, the National Business Institute, the Family Law Institute, the Business Law Section of the CBA, Law Week, the Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals, and her articles have been published in Law Week and ColoradoBizMagazine. Diana currently serves on the Colorado Judicial Institute's Board of Directors; Metropolitan Denver Interdisciplinary Committee Board of Directors; American Bar Association Family Law Section; Fellow of the American Bar Association, and Fellow of the Colorado Bar Association. She has previously served on the Board of Directors and as President of the Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals, the Executive Committee of the Colorado Bar Association's Family Law Section, and Board of Directors and Vice President of the Military Families Association. Her honors include being named Colorado Super Lawyer for the last 10 years, has been included in the list of the Top 100 Lawyers in Colorado, and has been named one of the Best Lawyers in America for the last six years. Diana graduated from Cornell College, magna cum laude, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. from Boalt Hall, University of California, Berkeley, where she was Editor, California Law Review.
