Anthony . van Westrum

Anthony van Westrum, Esq., has been a transactional lawyer for four and a half decades and a commercial arbitrator and mediator for about half that time.  He is a current member and former vice-chair of the Colorado Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and served as a member of the Office of Dispute Resolution Advisory Committee from 2008 through 2013.  He was a member of the CBA's Legislative Policy Committee from 1992 to 2016; he has been a member of the CBA's Ethics Committee since 1994 and a member of the Colorado Supreme Court's Standing Committee on the Rules of Professional Conducts since its formation in 2003, serving as its secretary throughout his tenure. He received the Denver Bar Association's Award of Merit in 2006 and the CBA's Award of Merit in 2010.
