Roger P. Thomasch
Roger P. Thomasch, Esq. has concentrated his practice in the trial of business cases for more than 40 years. He has appeared before courts throughout the country and has tried to verdict virtually every type of business and commercial case. Mr. Thomasch is the immediate past chairman of Ballard Spahr's national Litigation Department and for more than 20 years has been the managing partner of Ballard's Denver office. Mr. Thomasch is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has been listed in every edition of The Best Lawyers in America for over 20 years and in every edition of Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business as a leader in the area of litigation. He has four times been included on the list for Top 10 Colorado Super Lawyers.Mr. Thomasch has been a visiting professor of law and an adjunct professor of law. He is also a frequent lecturer at trial lawyer seminars, having made presentations at litigation programs in more than thirty cities throughout the United States and Canada.
