Jane Michaels, Esq., is a partner at Holland & Hart LLP. She focuses her practice on alternative dispute resolution and serves as an arbitrator and mediator in commercial and intellectual property disputes. She is on the American Arbitration Association's panel for large and complex commercial cases and serves as an arbitrator in international disputes administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution. Ms. Michaels is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators and the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. She has written and lectured extensively on trial advocacy issues in commercial and intellectual property litigation, including for the Colorado Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Rocky Mountain Intellectual Property and Technology Institute. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Society of Barristers, and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
