Andrew J. Felser, Esq., is a shareholder at Glade Voogt Lopez Smith Felser P.C. He is a 1978 graduate of the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and received his J.D. in 1981 from the University of Maryland School of Law. He is focused primarily on civil litigation, including complex commercial and real estate disputes, easement disputes, personal and business torts, federal and state trials, and appeals.
